Pick the one that matches the jobs you can actually apply to. Look at ten local job posts, count which language shows up most, and start there. Depth in one language beats a little of both.

Start from the value, not the cost. Ask five likely customers what they pay today to solve the problem, and price at a fraction of that. You can raise a price later, but it is hard to lower one.

Choose one signal and use it every time: a raised hand, a countdown, or silence at the front. Practise it on the first day, thank the first students who follow it, and wait. Consistency matters more than volume.

A government ID and a live selfie, checked by our identity partner. The name on the ID has to match their profile and payout account.
A proof link, a sample answer, and at least one more proof of background: a work email, a diploma or a portfolio. Our team reads all of it.
Doctors, lawyers and financial advisers also give us their license or registration, and we check it against the official register.
In regulated fields, our team also holds a short video interview before approving anyone.
A new mentor's first answers are checked before you see them. Reports and low ratings are reviewed, and we can suspend a profile at once.

After an answer is delivered, payments are generally not refundable. We refund in full if the answer is spam, empty, off-topic or breaks our terms; contact us within 7 days. Disliking an answer is not a reason for a refund, but you can leave an honest review.
Your mentor has up to 7 days. You get an email as soon as they answer, and the answer appears in your dashboard.
No. Answers are personal experience and opinion, not professional advice, and they don't replace a doctor, a lawyer or a financial adviser. In an emergency, call the emergency services.
Sign up and apply in Settings. After we verify you and you add your bank account (IBAN), you appear in Browse experts. Each answer's earnings become payable 7 days later and are sent by bank transfer.
The whole site works in English and Georgian, and you can switch at any time. Ask in the language you are most comfortable with.
